Koatji x Kloo: Coffee Jelly Hwachae
Coffee jelly hwachae, aka, the chaotic summer dessert of your dreams. Made with our Craft Coffee Concentrate, Koatji's Oat & Koji milk, and a rainbow of fruit. Sweet, juicy, refreshing. Basically summer in a bowl.
Ingredients:
+ 400ml water
+ Double shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ 40g sugar
+ 3.5g agar agar
+ 200ml Koatji milk
+ Strawberries
+ Raspberries
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, Kloo craft coffee concentrate, sugar, and agar agar.
2. Stir the mixture gently and continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Allow the mixture to reach a gentle simmer and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10–15 minutes.
5. Pour the mixture into molds or a flat pan, then place in the refrigerator to set for about 45 minutes.
6. Once the jelly is set, remove it from the molds.
7. In a serving bowl, add the coffee jelly, fresh cut strawberries, and raspberries.
8. Pour cold Koatji milk.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing dessert
