Refund policy

As our products are perishable, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. However, if, upon receipt of your order, you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund in the event of an issue described above, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pending our discussions with you regarding the potential issue with your order, we will let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
