Banoffeemisu

Hard to say, easy to finish. Kloo-laced tiramisu layered with fresh banana and dulce de leche. It speaks for itself.

 

 


 

Ingredients:

 

+ 2-3 shots of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ 300ml Cream
+ 1tsp Vanilla extract
+ 500g Mascarpone cheese
+ 3 Large ripe bananas
+ ¾ cup Dulce de leche (or tinned caramel)
+ 200 g Lady Fingers
+ 1tbsp Cocoa powder




Instructions:

1. In a shallow bowl, combine the Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate with a splash of water and set aside.
2. Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone and continue whisking until medium-stiff peaks form. Finally, add the vanilla, gently combine, and chill in the fridge.
3. Assembly: Dip the lady fingers into the Kloo mixture, turning briefly to soak. Arrange them in a single layer at the base of a medium serving dish.
4. Add a layer of thinly sliced bananas then top with half of the dulce de leche. Finish with a layer of half of the mascarpone cream and spread evenly.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked biscuits, bananas, dulce de leche, and mascarpone cream.
6. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve.
7. Pair with a cup of Kloo Coffee and enjoy!
