Ginger Kloo Tonic

Ginger espresso tonic. A little heat, a little fizz, and a lot of coffee love.


 

Ingredients:

 

+ Single shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ 1 cup white sugar
+ 3/4 cup water
+ 1 cup fresh ginger root
+ Tonic water of your choice
+ Ice



Ginger Syrup Instructions:

1. Peel & slice the fresh ginger.
2. In a saucepan, combine ginger, sugar, and water.
3. Bring to a light boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, let it cool, and strain out the ginger slices.
5. Store the syrup in a jar or bottle. It'll keep for about a week in the fridge.


Ginger Kloo Tonic Instructions:

1. In a glass add 1 shot of ginger syrup.
2. Fill a glass with ice.
3. Top with tonic water.
4. Pour in a single shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate over the top.
5. Give it a light stir and enjoy!
