Kloo Jelly

Jiggly and bouncy perfection! Coffee jelly made with Kloo—where dessert meets your daily brew. Who’s ready to wobble?


 

Ingredients:

 

+ Double shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ 400ml water
+ 40g cane sugar
+ 3.5g agar agar
+ Whipped cream
+ Grated chocolate
+ Orange peel



Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine water and Kloo craft coffee concentrate, sugar, and agar agar.
2. Gently stir the mixture continuously until the sugar fully melts.
3. Allow the liquid to reach a simmer for 1-2 minutes before removing from heat.
4. Allow the liquid to partially cool (10-15 minutes) before transferring into molds or a flat pan. Place in the fridge to cool and set. The jelly should set within 45 minutes.
5. Remove from molds or cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.
6. Top the jelly with a generous spoonful of whipped cream, then decorate with a sprinkle of orange zest and grated chocolate. Enjoy!
