Kloo Pudding
Coffee pudding, but make it sommelier-level. Flavor-forward, smooth, and effortlessly good.
Ingredients:
+ 3 shots of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ 800 ml milk
+ 100 g sugar
+ 100 g cornstarch
+ 100 ml water
+ Cocoa powder/strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine cold milk with cornstarch and sugar. Stir well to fully dissolve the cornstarch, this helps prevent any lumps from forming.
2. Pour in Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate and water, and stir to combine.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is thickened.
4. Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups. Let them cool slightly, then transfer to the fridge and chill for 3-4 hours until fully set.
5. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and top with a fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
