Lemon Cloud
The Lemon Cloud. Kloo meets lemon, coconut, and tonic for a drink that's crisp, creamy, and anything but expected.
Ingredients:
+ 2oz of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ Lemon cordial
+ Tonic water
+ Heavy cream
+ Coconut milk
+ Fresh lemon zest
Instructions:
1. Fill a serving glass with ice.
2. Pour in a double shot of lemon cordial.
3. Add tonic water, leaving room for the remaining ingredients.
4. Pour in the coconut milk.
5. Add single shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate.
6. Prepare coconut foam: whip 3 tbsp heavy cream with 1 tbsp coconut milk, until thick and foamy.
7. Gently spoon the coconut foam over the top of the drink.
8. Finish by grating fresh lemon zest generously over the foam and enjoy!
