Raspberry Latte

Raspberry Cloud Latte: a cold foam made from muddled raspberries and heavy cream, set over Ethiopia Wine Craft Coffee Concentrate. Made for slow Valentine’s Day mornings, shared or solo.


 

Ingredients:

 

+ Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+ Heavy whipping cream
+ Fresh raspberries
+ Cocoa powder
+ Milk of choice
+ Ice



Instructions:

1. Take fresh raspberries and mash them with a fork, or blend until smooth.
2. Strain the raspberry mixture to extract the juice and remove the seeds.
3. Combine the raspberry juice with heavy cream and whip using a frother until thick and foamy. Set aside.
4. Fill a glass with ice, then add milk and a single shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate.
5. Top with the raspberry foam.
6. Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder & enjoy!
