Wood Tangerine Black Walnunt Kloo Martini
We are screaming at the talented @discocubes - what a creative genius! Tangerine black walnut espresso martini + wood grain ice shatter using Kloo.
Ingredients:
+ 1oz Kloo Coffee Concentrate
+ 1oz Coffee liqueur
+ 1oz tangerine infused vodka
+ 5oz simple syrup
+ 2 dashes black walnut bitters
+ 4 drops saline solution (or pinch of salt)
+ 1 piece of cocoa ice chatter
Shatter Instructions:
Combine 1 teaspoon of Dutch coca powder and 24oz of water in a quarter sheet pan and freeze overnight. To avoid spilling, pour most of the water in when the pan is already in the freezer!
Martini Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
3. Prepare glass with cocoa ice shatter.
4. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
5. Serve and enjoy!
